Personally, I hate the corny science jokes on team t-shirts. Especially when they use fake periodic table symbols to make up the school name. We have a very simplistic t-shirt with nothing else but the science olympiad logo and the team logo. We haven't changed it for ten years .

When a spider, a big one, about three quarters the length of my thumb, crawls onto an open textbook you have lying on the floor of your room and your first instinct is to kill it, but you don't want to damage the textbook and spill spider guts onto it, because damaging a textbook is practically a sin.

PS. This actually happened to me a little over an hour ago, and I just thought of how nerdy it was and how perfect it was to post on here. I did eventually kill the spider, after it had crawled off the textbook and onto my carpet.
