There is no guarantee, but a good well rounded test will surely quiz you on muscle diseases. The good news is that you only have to know the muscle diseases outlined in your rule packet.

The only disease questions I have encountered so far at Regionals were ones where you had to identify the deficiency of what hormone causes the disease.

For regionals, I we actually had to know specific info about specific types of the dystrophies, like Duchennes...

Was there anything else that anyone encountered on their test that kind of threw them off or wasn't on the rules? States is tomorrow... last minute cramming >.<

But here is my advice for the note sheet. Have the Anatomy rules with you and go down and check the things that you already know and do not need to put on the note sheet. Then whatever you have remaining, research it and add as much as you can about each topic to your note sheet, including diagrams, charts, etc.

I so agree with this. Someone on my team who was also in anatomy wanted to use my notesheet I made (the coach DID tell me to share it...) but I was really angry at them because all they did was play games the entire time instead of working on an anatomy notesheet, or Anatomy at all. So when he asked for it I said "So I should just give you 3 hours of my work not including studying time and the enormous amounts of stress I was put under because you decided to play games the entire practice?" He got really angry and boycotted me as a person (basically giving the silent treatment) and also whenever people asked why he was boycotting me he would say I was being a jerk, and if I tried to explain the story he would interrupt and call me a jerk. I told him after he did this at least 20 times that he was the one being a jerk with interrupting me and only listening to one side of a story and he doesn't realize how much time I put into science olympiad and how I see and talk to my coaches more than my parents and my family basically became strangers. He just called me another name and scooted away. I decided to just say that I do not care if he doesn't work as long as he doesn't interuppt others.

Anyway do we need to know the processes? I cannot find my rules, and our coach says that it is only C division.
So that problem seems to be common. Also do we have to know all of those processes of the bones or is that only C division? I lost my rules so I cannot check.

Kind of a random interjection here, but if you want to learn surface anatomy, muscles, etc. there are always anatomy coloring books. Just look it up on Amazon or something. Mine is nice, and I haven't gotten the physiology counterpart yet.

I heard Marieb is pretty good for coloring wkbks.

how does anatomy coloring books really help with learning surface features?
i do have one though...we spent an afternoon coloring through it...XD

We did well in Anatomy, but there was pretty much a whole page of surface features. They even asked for the origin of the biceps. I was pigeon. However, it was multiple choice and some of the answer's names had the names of the bones in them (i.e. temporalmandibular= temporal bone and mandible), so it was easy to use the process of elimination.

There was also a matching with actions like supination, pronation, eversion etc. (which was easy for me, but i studied them for a bit)
And lots of open-ended diagnosing things...
where they were like a 95-year-old woman broke her TMJ while eating a cheeseburger; what disease does she have? (i made this up don't sue me)
