Whoa, that makes sense now. Thanks for the explanation! I wonder if one of those human image tests/"type the word/letter you see" would filter more bots out? Not sure how any of this works, though

School's just been getting so ridiculous recently. So many of my classes go 1.1x faster than I can concentrate (obviously going for "efficiency") and you know how that goes. You get behind ... quickly. Even though it's 1.1 times faster. And now in some classes it's so obvious when I'm stressed and even shed a few tears under pressure. I know that there's surely a way to teach them in a way that I'd be able to stay on top of, because when I understand it, the information taught always feels ridiculously light. Maybe if they cut down hallway transitions by 2 minutes and fix that ridiculous schedule I'd actually have time to sit down and understand the content. How does literally everyone else seem to be able to manage everything and understand everything precisely immediately? This doesn't even feel like learning anymore, it just feels like they expect everyone in class to be robots that can download information, essentially.

It probably will help with it, but it won't remove the problem completely. There are services that help scrapers solve captcha proof-of-work/JS challenges by just proxying the challenge (Cloudflare JS turnstile challenges can check the solver IP and the IP that the challenge was issued for to find out if the solve was proxied).

I also thought that registration had a basic captcha, but i cant seem to find it on the registration page.

I missed this, whoops.

It's okay. I feel the same way too--but the truth is that very few people will understand the information "immediately." Everyone in my math class(heck, in all my other classes too) seems like they understand everything so fast, and then I walk by and they're on Reddit or something. It's okay to struggle; most people I see won't ever admit, "I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON IN ANY OF MY CLASSES AND I WANNA DROP OUT." Of course there's people that pick up on stuff fast, but it's okay to not be perfect.
Take me, for example. I always look super focused in class with earbuds in and everything, but I bet you'd never know I was three days behind on math notes unless you asked =) I'm probably also on Reddit or Youtube or something. Whoops. I spend probably 1-2 hours every day at home catching up on stuff taught in class because I just don't get it. And that seems to be pretty normal! I've talked to people they know and everyone struggles in some ways--they just might not tell you.
How does literally everyone else seem to be able to manage everything and understand everything precisely immediately?
So to answer your question? No. They just don't. Unless you're some sort of genius, I guess. Or maybe the class is just easy.

Also, when one of the staff pointed out they were no longer on the leaderboard, more alts came rolling in.

Back when I used to completely despise the idea of ento in every way :o
