Eh, worse case I throw away a little flour, water, and yeast tomorrow, best case I bake my first loaf of bread.

In my case, best case I don't burn down my kitchen, and worst case, I give my entire family food poisoning along with eggshell brownies.

And if this dough doesn't rise soon, I might just give up on learning to bake bread...

Good job, you didn't burn down your kitchen like I almost did

More adventures in me trying to learn to cook/bake... today I learned that I definitely should not start with a whole stick of butter for my roux (had to scoop three-quarters out to finish the sauce). Maybe I shouldn't have tried to improvise a dish like that (chicken and spinach in a bechamel-based sauce).
