Correct, except for number two, boomvroomshroom wrote:1. Brachiopoda > Articulata > Rhynchonellata > Athyridida > Athyrididae > Composita 2. Naturally smooth shell, plus weathering polishes the surface (sand and water) 3. Devonian - Permian 4. Marine 5. Benthic sessile filter feeder
This way, the shell can handle more turbulent currents.

Yes, that makes sense.
It's been scientifically proven that people who have more birthdays live longer...
Scientists say that the world is made of protons, neutrons and electrons. They forgot to mention morons.

Question:
What is the difference between siderite and pyrophyllite?
I would say the main difference is the composition like how one is made of carbonate and other is a silicate, but there are many other things like distinct differences in the crystal shape and color and texture/hardness.
azurite>malachite>chrysocolla
Come to Pangea today all around the globe. Our formal dinners are to die for! All dishes served on tectonic plates.
Don't be Angara that all the jokes are Gondwana.
PM any rock or mineral question!![Arrow Right ](./images/smilies/icon_arrow.gif)

Next question! Here's an ez one. Organize these supercontinents by earliest to latest. Ur, Kenorland, Vaalbara, Pangea, and Pannotia
