If the third number is 418 then it can't be an IPv4 address because no single number in a IPv4 address can be larger than 255. I had a hypothesis that the first number is 37 and the second is 216 but it probably doesn't hold up now that I realized that.

Unless it's like, 4 + 18 in which it's equal to 22.

That's what I was thinking as well, rather than individual numbers, that we should add them up. After all, writing it as "Eighteen" vs "One Eight" is a strange choice...

I think it would be a good idea to protect Torchic then. The Moscow thing does make sense.

The IP addresses are the Sassy clue, not the kill clue, but I suppose it doesn't hurt, though. And, we haven't certainly determined what's above to be the actual IP, as the one i created was very, very loosely put together
