Ok, I can't get on during lunch today, so I'm casting my protect right now.
I protect MaanMaan because (s)he is the most recent user on Jacobi's list.

I protect myself because the clue mentions "crime", as I do Crime Busters, and I can't think of anyone better to protect. Plus, 11 is almost 101, just without the zero.

Therefore, 33/3*2/2=11
