Something that appears to be a small car comes after name, remotely being driven by me. You can't have a better tool for assasination- quite, stealthy, and effective. Once it makes the final approach on name, a silver light appears. Seems to looks like a cat. Somehow, it's transparent, and still manages to repels the small car. Endlessly, the car contiously tries and get past me, but the car starts beeping, slowly at first, then rapidly speeding up. Trying to get past the silver cat, I put a final boost into the car, trying for some way to get to name, the car explodes. GRR. My target has survived again... I want revenge. Mission failed. We'll get them next time.

Kate's picture is a cat. Silver light and transparent, repels the car- patronus, refers to kate's discord name, sometimes her IRC name, and also is just a harry potter reference (her interests). The car is a RCXD (Mission failed. We'll get them next time- COD reference, beeping and blows up). Don't laugh yet- no XD. According to wikipedia the name murphy means sea-warrior. RC Murphy is kate's school. Also the meaning of kate's name is clear and pure. I guess the meaning of thier names could kinda be a ID clue but it wasn't intentional. ID clues- Modulus refers to young's modulus, a part of material science (and also could refer to code buster math). The fermi value of steel in pascals is 11. The outta 10 is just to make it seem less weird. Clear and pure could refer to water quality.

Edit: first letter in each sentence in the beginning of the first paragraph spells out SYOSSET

I used the decoder to encode the message, so in order to decode you had to use the enocder. You guys got the first one, it was "encoded" with alexrchs
BJMBAIFAETWWH was encoded with syosset. Plaintext is THATISMYSCHOOL
LEGPUAHOZYBWZE was double encoded with name. Decoded it would be YESTHATSMYNAME

A seemingly old note, maybe 5 years old has been found. It states:

First letters say BSE- bovine spoginform encephalopathy. It affects the brain, spongebob refers to the spogiform part. 5 years is the incubation period of the disease. The bird is a prion. BSE FFI CJD CWD and GSS are all abbreviations of prion diseases. You will die- can't prevent prion disease deaths. The link is about cannonbalism - kuru, also I saw a interesting fermi question about the number of calories in a human once which also makes it a really weak ID clue. I'm really suprised nobody made the connection, I thought it was the easiest hint I made....
