Here's the solutions to the clues:

Clue #1 (antoine_ego)

And so it begins. My first target seems so inflated, you wonder how anybody likes him, but apparently Mrs. Rabbot does. He'll probably be watching that brash French movie again, and hopefully won't notice when I sneak a device into his maTH booklet.

You have 48 hours.

As Alex pointed out, the "inflated" part refers to ego, and the French movie I referenced to is Ratatouille. Additionally, "brash" is a scramble of ABRHS, antoine_ego's school. Mrs. Rabbot (aka Bunnie Rabbot from STH comics, slight ID clue) does marry Antoine in the comics. The significance of "maTH" is simply that MA is in lowercase, short for Massachusetts.

Clue #2 (shrewdPanther46)

Unfortunately for me, antoine_ego noticed the device before it could work and discarded it immediately.

As I make my way back, the officers receive a note:

This clue was simply just the first and last letters of each word, which gets "shrewdpanthe", plus R is the 18th letter. The Z implies to look at the end of the words.

Clue #3 (dxu46)

The first victim of my device is shrewdPanther46, who is now a panther.

HIS(HI)2017(+5 me) Sure, they're not a winner at life, but they can win other things. But they couldn't snag any more.

HIS(HI) refers to Highlands Intermediate School, Hawaii. Their 2017 Nationals placing was 23rd, which times 2, the size of the hidden text, equals 46. "they can win other things" refers to dxu's winning Road Scholar at Nationals, where he "couldn't snag any more". Also, the MO in more is in a smaller font, for Missouri. As for the "+5 me", 46+5 equals 51, my team's placing at Nationals.

Clue #4 (Alex-RCHS)

I'm a bit early, but I don't think that matters at this point. We have two things to say: One, I'm not dxu. Two, dxu is safe from me for now.

Well, those Gateway Arches were cool, but now we search for better than three again. Tune in on 21 to find out if it happens!

When I said "Gateway Arches", the idea was that Arches, without the vowels, is RCHS, Alex's school. Searching "for better than three again" is simply the annual quest of Alex's team to get better than third at state, which is on the 21st this year.

Clue #5 (Tailsfan101)

No, I am not Galahad, nor am I John Richardsim. But, on the bright side, Alex-RCHS has been successfully protected.

The next thing I need to do is find a coastal route from LA to Hoquiam. A dismal finish at the big competition yields no better than 16. But hey, what do you expect from someone who sits around at home all day?
You people really need an ID clue, so here's a literal one.

"A coastal route from LA to Hoquiam" is US Route 101. "The big competition", obviously, is Nationals, where my team had a dismal finish (51st), and 16th was the best I did in any event. Sitting around at home all day refers to homeschooling. As for the last line, a literal ID clue was ID meaning Idaho.

Clue #6 (dxu46)

With the numbers after the times being days of the month, these are the times four specific pages on the wiki were created: Experimental Design, Road Scholar, Rocks and Minerals, and Missouri, direct references to dxu. I'm really bummed dxu got the right protect for this one, despite not solving the clue.

Clue #7 (Anomaly)

If only I had struck earlier; dxu46 has correctly been protected.

Remember who last uttered bamboo? Well, I personally think they're not even close to being mundane. Go mine somewhere else, ya know?

This was kind of random, but Anomaly was "the last utterer of bamboo". "Not even close to being mundane" is similar to "deviating from what is standard, normal, or expected" (Thanks Google), implying an anomaly. Also, I threw in a mining reference, referring to the "Ore" in Orefield Middle School, Anomaly's school. Also, in case none of you noticed, in the line between the kill clue and "48 hours", in size 2 font I wrote "I'm going too!", my first post on the forums.

I really wish I could've gotten more than one kill, but congrats to the officers that kept me at bay! Hopefully 119 will be up soon, I've already sent the PM to the next sassy.
