For the japanese garden thing, Jojokeke and JasperKota talk in Japanese sometimes I believe.
I'm almost 100% sure it's a girl based on some details in clues.

I realize that it said Turkish. However, when one says "tea", do you think of Turkey?
I know Jaol takes Turkish.
Jade pin could also refer to Ento as she's Chinese and is at least going to do Rocks next year.
Midway refers to the amusement ride area and was first used at the World's Columbian Expo in Chicago, Illinois. Also at the World's Columbian Expo, Midway was where the Ferris Wheel was.
Midway is also an atoll (with a military base thing on it) which could refer to DP and a battle was named after it. The battle was against the japanese, but I think the other midway explanation is a bit better since the theme is At the World's Fair.
Turkish tea can be used as herbal medicine and is a black tea (I don't know if this will be useful or not...)
Turkey is a country, but could also refer to the bird.
Jaol is dead.
Jade pin -> China -> Panda, Kinetography -> movies -> Weasley

Um I believe the meeting up with previous victim is not part of the target clue as it is clearly stated that this is after the sassy has tea with the target.

Oh, so you think you can stay safe if you have escaped from me?
Well, officers I have a heart of gold, and I will remain anonymous.
Please don't try to find me. Your turn, player
BWhat do they all have the same of?
AThe Lady died with him but was not born until long after, in 1954.
Correction: A + B + [space] + [Two letters, both uppercase]
If the Lady were real, she would not have died 362 years before she was born.

I protect azuritemalachite, because she's one of the four possible victims. Now someone protect Fibonacci924.

Heart is bolded, and the sassy said "Please don't try to find me"... what the heck does this mean?

I sent a PM to [NerdyTotoro]. Hopefully they answer because they're kinda my only hope.
