Along the lines of what Paradox is saying, could we have something that marks ALL topics in a forum read? For example, I don't do building events, but I like to keep my board index clean. When I go to mark the building events as read, I have to click both "Mark forums read" for the subforums and "Mark topics read" for the specific event threads. Am I missing something here, or can something be made to mark all of them read at once?

It's just a minor nuisance, nothing major >.>

Hit "Mark Forums Read" on the main page to mark everything in the index read?

Littleboy, are you suggesting to have both a button that says "Mark Forums Red" and a button that says "Mark Forums Read" ? Now that would get confusing.

I agree with luo. If that were ever introduced, I would be confused for the first few weeks on which one to press. Also, new users will get confused too. Having two buttons would just be really confusing. Why would you want both of them, Littleboy? To undo it if you accidentally pressed the 'Mark Forums Read' by accident? (How many times do you accidentally do that in a week?)

Well the first one was a joke.
The second i actually do quite often because i am going to view a topic but the internet is loading slow so i accidentally click mark forums read instead of the first unread post button. But in a way that was a joke too because i knew it would be hard too do.

On the Wiki, is there anyway to freeze panes like on Excel? It gets kind of annoying and confusing in reading large tables.

EDIT: Scrolling through this year's wiki I only found this large table, but I'm pretty sure I saw some pretty big ones last year.

I think that it would be good when someone edits the last post on a forum that you are watching, it should tell you. Because a lot of people will go and have it be marked read, and then won't realize if something new is added to the post.
