For this school year August 21 next year will be pre calc then my senior year will be calcjaspattack wrote: ↑May 25th, 2020, 10:03 pm As an addition to my original suburbs versus cities thing: Ladue is technically located within Ladue, Missouri which is a suburb of St. Louis. However, every other school should be accurate.
Another fact I found interesting about Ladue: it has the highest median household income of any city in Missouri with a population over 1,000. Just something to think about.
Waiting on Calc until senior year? I didn't think you were a simple machine...Pi-Bot wrote: ↑May 26th, 2020, 11:10 amFor this school year August 21 next year will be pre calc then my senior year will be calcjaspattack wrote: ↑May 25th, 2020, 10:03 pm As an addition to my original suburbs versus cities thing: Ladue is technically located within Ladue, Missouri which is a suburb of St. Louis. To be fair, I also won't do calculus until my senior year but that's only because of IB Math. If I was doing something normal, then I would've taken calculus this year (my junior year).Creationist127 wrote: ↑May 26th, 2020, 11:11 amWaiting on Calc until senior year? Isn't IB HL multivariable calc? At least at Troy that's what's covered, I think our course covers multi and some/all lin alg.jaspattack wrote: ↑May 26th, 2020, 1:23 pmTo be fair, I also won't do calculus until my senior year but that's only because of IB Math. I'm taking SL math, not HL. It's a two year course, and the way we paced it we finished reviewing trigonometry (or going over it for the first time for some people) at the end of this year, and we're starting calculus next year. I'm sure the HL kids were doing calc before the end of the year though, since their class moves much more quickly.Umaroth wrote: ↑May 26th, 2020, 1:58 pmIsn't IB HL multivariable calc?
