Maybe the groundhog will name you then. Maybe it's really attached to you. You might just have broken the poor groundhog's heart.

Reminds me, when I was a kid, we had a HUGE opossum (u could say it was dummy thicc) under our porch deck. Sometimes we would see it wander around the house. But we didn't bother it, and it didn't bother us. It definitely helped keep the skunks out once they started intruding on our neighborhood.
