I'm kind of pulling something out of nothing here, but could this mean someone that did Wind Power as an event? If not this, the only thing I could think of is something to do with hemlock.
EDIT: The only previous victim I could find that did Wind Power was Dragon Fruit. She also did Invasives, which could reference the hemlock.

This sounds correct, so much for me being selfish

Also, perhaps Dragon -> China -> tea?

It was Turkish.

I realize that it said Turkish. However, when one says "tea", do you think of Turkey?

I protect myself because I was a previous target, thus the "hoping to find one of my previous victims", and I did Wind Power, thus "the windiest part of the Midway", and I did Invasive Species (the hemlock).
Someone else should protect Fib.

Woah, I didn't know we started a new one. And also props, I can't believe I'm not dead yet. Sorry for being inactive, I've been away for quite some time, and I'm flattered that people didn't forget I existed. I have some comments to make though:
For the japanese garden thing, Jojokeke and JasperKota talk in Japanese sometimes I believe.
I'm almost 100% sure it's a girl based on some details in clues.

I know Jaol takes Turkish.
Jade pin could also refer to Ento as she's Chinese and is at least going to do Rocks next year.
Midway refers to the amusement ride area and was first used at the World's Columbian Expo in Chicago, Illinois. Also at the World's Columbian Expo, Midway was where the Ferris Wheel was.
Midway is also an atoll (with a military base thing on it) which could refer to DP and a battle was named after it. The battle was against the japanese, but I think the other midway explanation is a bit better since the theme is At the World's Fair.
Turkish tea can be used as herbal medicine and is a black tea (I don't know if this will be useful or not...)
Turkey is a country, but could also refer to the bird.

I think Jaol was killed by the sassy. But welcome back, Azurite

Also it seems like the Midway can also refer to an art gallery (

There are only four possible targets, as stated earlier
