I don't know what the sig code is supposed to say, but we can figure it out based on the crib from sysop list and dead. Doesn't appear to be Morse code.

I've been working on it but the notation for the word "Sysop" is rather strange (only 3 letters instead of 5)

I think I have part of it, will do it right now

There must be something funky going on with spaces, because otherwise sysop wouldn't make sense and the E's wouldn't match up
