I took every 13th letter of the weird part of Sassy's last post, and I got ITS TSREJAHELI. I did anagrams and Caesar with it, and the only interesting things I found were "dcbotkrovs" (although I think there's only one other person active here that does robotics events in the DC area) and "hail jester" (but idk if we even know who the sassy in 105 was).

A list of the references I found (if I missed something, someone can correct me)
Wizard of Oz
Into the Woods
Pokemon
Barbie-Toy Story 2???
Ratatouille
The part with the fatherly buddy and the weapon seemed like it could have been referencing something
Star Wars
Toy Story 2
Hamilton
Because Into the Woods, Toy Story times two, Star Wars, Ratatouille.
EDIT:

But my soon-to-be victim's noble weapon won’t scratch my villainous weapon. I’ll be landing some deep wounds, though.
Maybe Star Wars, now that I think about it.
Fatherly=Darth Vader
Lost some important parts of his life=Almost died in a fire(?)
Faked it=Luke was told that his father had died
Noble weapon=Lightsaber
And Windu was the victim of that clue

OHHHH yeah that makes sense. Now who's buddies with Darth Vader and Gusteau?

Just at note:
Brad Garrett, who played Gusteau in Ratatouille, was put as possible to play Darth Vader in this list: http://www.imdb.com/list/ls052190333/
He's also been in several Disney movies.

I'm not sure if that relates though...

We've only protected birdylayaduck08, and the Sassy should strike soon. Officers should probably protect themselves.

The person closest to Vader would probably be Palpatine. Gusteau...it was never mentioned. The ghost of Gusteau talks frequently to Remy the Rat, however. Gusteau's former sous-chef, Skinner, took over the restaurant after Gusteau's death, though I wouldn't exactly call him a buddy of Gusteau's.

Not bad - you've turned your luck from bad to good this Friday the 13th. I was about to slip poisonous candy into birdylayaduck08's bag when whythelongface offered her better-tasting candy. Turns out my poisonous candy spoiled and she didn't want to eat it anymore.

whythelongface - congratulations, you have earned an accusation.

Agreed. All I did was accuse someone- once. Why did I lose my spot for one accusation?

Why was I out of accusations? I only used one.

EDIT: I read the rules. It says that each officer starts out with one accusation and will gain one with each protect. I had no correct protects, so I only had one accusation. The rules also say that an officer loses their spot if they have run out of accusations. Hence, by using my one and only accusation, I lost my spot. Nothing suspicious about that. However, I think that rule is unfair. Maybe they should alter it and say that if an officer has used 2+ accusations, they will lose their spot.
Ditto that the rules should be fixed for next round. I think the rule was put in place to stop officers from guessing too much - one guess shouldn't knock them out of being an officer.

That aside, perhaps you should look at things involving the number 13 such as every 13th post on this thread or someone posting at a time equivalent to 13 o'clock military time or something like that. I've never been very good at solving clues though... :/
I agree that one accusation is not enough. Maybe, if the Sassy really likes that rule, the officers could start out with more than 1 accusation (then 1 wrong accusation without any correct protects won't result in losing an officer).
The 13th post was by Random Human. I don't have time right now to look at the 13th letter of each Sassy post, but the first 3 were la3 (excluding spaces and apostrophes).
Hmm I guess maybe I could've given some more accusations, but, on the flip side, I can suspect that you're also salty about your recklessness since you were warned. Part of life is being careful about your decisions, you know, and the consequences that follow are just as much a part of that.

My next target boasts that the fruit he sells are better than our lychees. He'd better watch out.

"Our lychees" is an anagram of Hylocereus which is a genera of cacti. Many species in the genus produce edible fruit called dragonfruits.

So there ya go.

I protect dragonfruit35 for the above reason.

Well that was impressively fast.

Also, this sassy is very poison-happy. S/he seems extremely dependent on trying to poison his/her victims. Of the 14 attempts s/he has made thus far, 5 of them involve poisons or toxins.

Maybe this is an ID clue?
Also I am on my dad's phone so idk if this will work.
