No offense fam, but just update your software, and get a new mouse, in total it'll cost like 10$, and better for you in the end. To be fair, they even stopped servicing Windows 7 earlier this year.

No offense, but Windows 7 is the best thing Microsoft's come out with in 19 years, and I happen to like that mouse. I see the end of support for Windows 7 as a plus, since Microsoft can't pull this kind of bullpigeon: https://www.forbes.com/search/?q=window ... 39f4fa279f

Granted, that particular computer does need scrapped, but it's all we've got for that place since the laptop was stolen. A 32-bit, just under 2 GB ram, a extremely pitiful Celeron D, and something like a 20 GB hard drive computer running Windows 7 is not fun to work with... If I could find the disks necessary for XP, I'd put it on there. As it stands, I've only got Windows 95 and NT Server 4.0 SP 6 disks, and a 128 GB hard drive with XP 64-bit on it.

Windows Updates on a computer is annoying. Windows Updates on a virtual machine is extremely annoying.

Windows Updates on a virtual machine on a time crunch is cyber.
