That could prove problematic, since it is possible to have a link to a video before it has a title. And, if the video's title changes, that would either render all existing links dead, or the title would no longer match the URL, rendering the same situation by a different method.

I remember Tom Scott discussed this topic before...
TL;DW: The reason why YouTube links are not made with phrases or sequential numbering is to prevent people from punching any sequence of numbers or strings into the URL which then could subsequently lead to other videos. Otherwise, this can be used as an exploit as now videos that were unlisted, videos that were never meant to be publicized, can suddenly become leaked.

Also, to answer a (now very buried) post from the last page, yes, an event on quantum mechanics would be very cool, but how would you test on something about which nothing is known?
