I don't think that would change much. A lot of the problem is officers not being active due to school as mentioned before in the thread.
No, I agree with Jaol. I haven't been active because of scioly tournaments and projects and finals and stuff.

I only waited to post because I thought you guys might solve the clue. Maybe next time I won't do that.
For what seemed like the millionth time, Sciolyville did practically nothing. While they tried to elaborate on what they had found, they didn't go in the right direction with it. Some time later, the officials finally blew their whistles, signaling that the Scientists had to get on the field. With what almost seemed like apathy, they walked on to the field, and JasperKota took the snap. She launched it straight out of the stadium to Panda Weasley, who Fluffy Crustacean had just noticed was missing. Elsewhere on the field, texas had laid down in the snow, simultaneously making bow-and-arrows with their arms and a snow angel. Needless to say, this was clearly a grievous penalty, and as such they were ejected.
texas has been ejected.
As Jasper returned to the snow-coated sideline, she found a strange note lying on the bench where she sat. It read-
At this point, I feel this clue is enough of a challenge for you.
