1. Dodgen- they are JCB 2.0.
2. FSA- no brainer.
3. River Trail- because 42. I don't know.
Going just a bit overboard on comment number 1 aren't you?
To be fair, we sometimes were within a handful of points of JCB. Not entirely overboard.

Like I said, 42.

I get your point, but wouldn't call this until 2018 at the earliest; Dodgen doesn't even have a winning streak yet.

Tomorrow night or possibly Sunday I will post and explain why not only is Sam completely insane, but also the usually astute Unome, as well.

In the meantime, I will be trying not to vomit.

A much larger point gap than I expected for 2nd to 3rd, and the top two had very low point scores (a school record for both). Oconee County did very well considering that they didn't qualify last year; they could rise quite a bit next year, although I wouldn't put them on the level of Vickery Creek. Kittredge placed top 5 with a slightly better point score than in 2013; just imagine if their school actually had a 7th and 8th grade! I haven't heard anything about 6th-10th, but hopefully my predictions were somewhat close.

Congratulations to all the teams, and especially to the two national qualifiers.

They didn't have a team last year. Reformed it this year, but they aren't good anymore (19th at state).

Their head coach retired after the 2014 season, and a lot of their students and coaches moved to McIntosh HS. Last year, JCB did not even have a team, so it's remarkable that they even made it to state.
