Well, since you have seen on this list numbers in the mid 40s are coming from Wisconsin, Michigan and Ohio. I'd be surprised if you didn't see similar numbers from NY, NC and California. Probably a few other states will send teams capable of that level of performance. Maybe in the top quarter? Maybe medal, but not very likely.
