I could probably start a business related to skiing or just letting kids play in snow in the summer in SoCal while getting some exercise, and at the beach I could wander quite far without worry. Living normal life might be a bit troublesome though.

I would get to observe a lot of wildlife. Also I can hold books down in wind by putting my palm on the page and still read them.
Do I turn invisible when no one's watching and stay that way when someone sees? I don't think that's what you mean but that could have a lot of applications.
