wooh! thanks for help people! we had our state today, and got

5th- compute this
4th- meteorology
6-reach for the stars
7- scrambler

and over all the team got 2nd! better then last years 4th, and we dont go to nationals.

my team just had its state on saturday, and we got 2nd. i got 1st in compute this and im really happy lol

Well, I guess I am officially a Compute This master. After doing horribly all season in Compute This, and getting only a 3rd at one out of four invitationals, and getting a 3rd at regionals, I won the state in Compute This.
I prayed and prayed the night before for earthquakes, and I got earthquakes. I know the only thing I could lose was the tie breaker. And it looks like I beat that!

Our tiebreaker was rly stupid. It was supposed to be appearance, but they had all the files in compatability mode, so if you tried to make it a different color or something like that it wouldn't save. But we still got 1st.

nice! yeah, we're from WA so only one team gets to go to nats, being the one team that beat us.
it was kidna weird though at regionals, cause we had to save our info onto a floppy disk. which i have never ever used before in my life.

Uranium and I got earthquakes, and it was really easy. I made a stupid math mistake and I think that cost us a perfect score

Thanks. I don't know why they don't let us use the computer calculator. But wait. You could get a calculator from the internet. Like on online calculator and use that instead.

At state we each had our own account to save on. Like one team was Olympiad.1, one was Olympiad.2, etc. You saved it there and printed it out.

But yeah. Getting first in this made me feel accomplished, because the national champions are in my state. I beat the national champions. I believe they got 6th lol
