I was lucky enough to meet bernard at MIT and also have him as boomi event supervisor! Naturally, we had an interesting conversation:
Me: So how are the scores looking so far?
bernard: the max weight held was 0 kilograms and the lightest boomilever was 1 kg
Me, an intellectual: *doesn't realize it's a joke until 10 seconds later*

Def took me some time to get adjusted to (like my coach), but I think it's pretty nice now
