I love Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Eragon, Lord of the Rings, City of the Beasts, anything by Scott Westerfeld, did I mention Lord of the Rings? :ugeek:
Science Olympiad is a tribute to Murphey's Law. This has been proven experimentally.
And no, I'm not a guy...even though my sig says will robsinson. It's a reference to Lost in Space, an ancient sci fi TV show. And the robot is the character who always says the line.

Bless Me, Ultima by Rudolfo Anaya is a good book after you get through the first chapter and this book was assigned by a teacher for me to read for Ac Dec along with the rest of the team and it has the following quote

I am starting to get to enjoying Hamlet the Prince of Denmark
funny thing is my Language Arts class reading the second scene of act two made it seem like we were back in shakespearean times with all boys reading the parts with me reading the part of Getruid which is the only female part in the scene

I read both. Dune was ok. Killer Angels was really good. Parts of it were rather sad, though.

Does manga count as a book? ;)

But seriously, my favorite books:
Little Women series by Louisa May Alcott (=D)
Anne of Green Gables series by Lucy Maud Montgomery (LOVED the series until Anne and Gilbert started to get older and older. =S)
Emily Of... series by L.M. Montgomery (Love the author + main char has my name =P)
Goose Girl series by Shannon Hale (Fairy tale retelling ;) )
Twilight Series by Stephenie Meyer (<---- I'm joking.... Meyer's books can't qualify as books... they're more erotica o.o)
Bewitching Season by Marissa Doyle (Best fantasy-historical-romance yet)
Artemis Fowl series Eoin Colfer (AWESOME SERIES!)
Harry Potter (How can I not?)
Sophie Kinsella's books (there are several; she's a funny chick =P)
