No, they're like a plastic building toy like K'nex (but not like K'nex... lol... if that makes any sense), and we just wanted to maybe practice with them, it wasn't a big deal.

or objects that would fit together to make something like we have these things that kinda look like lightbulbs but they have these hooks or something that make them fit together....

at the competition they gave us dull toothpicks and it was hard to like stick them into stuf

lol. anyways, it's not always their fault that the toothpicks are dull.
