By the way does anyone know what Ecology is morphing into?
Grasslands and Taiga.
Possibly two of the most boring biomes.

Very strange. I thought it would be Tundra or something, maybe. I don't really like grasslands, but deserts were very cool. So many adaptations!

Taiga still doesn't make sense to me. Two years ago the rule clarification for ecology stated the boreal forests would be included as a subtopic of forests. So why is it getting its own topic now?

Presumably because it's usually taught as one of the "list of biomes", and they're not really thinking, they're just taking from the "list".

So what did everyone think of the Nats test? It wasn't what I had expected at all.

I thought it was decent.
I mean, it seemed kinda like a typical AP environmental test, but more in depth.
I say it was fair.
Then again, we got 5th.

And it's not like taiga is that much more interesting. It's pretty much conifers, nutrient-deficient soil, and big mammals (generally carnivores) that hibernate.

Do the biomes just cycle through every year? Then, there would be years that are very boring, and some very interesting

Yes, they cycle. Gneiss, do you remember that question about oil or something like that? It said it was a controversial technique. Do you know that one?
