I first give my extra accusation to atakuski (apologies if I screwed up your name.)

Second, the clue is referring to the 4th season of Moesha, and the 22nd episode was the finale, titled "I studied Twelve Years for this?" Will try to find out what that truly means. Edit 3: It could also be referring to Pokemon anime, as the 22nd episode was broadcast on Oct 6, 1998. Called Abra and the Psychic Showdown. Thus, I protect Luo, since his avatar is Abra.

Third, darn. I was thinking Z as well. So it really isn't worth an accusation.

Edit: In relation to the clue, the only two people who it blatantly targets (due to a search of "twelve" on the forums) is kjhs and forever. Since forever is dead, kjhs is currently at the top of my list.
Edit 2: Did a search on "wanderer" as related to an old ID clue, and there was actually a sassy game called "The Wanderer." The sassy in that game was amerikestrel. Unfortunately, I fail to see how the other 3 id clues apply to kestrel.
