Beat my partner and I by one place.
In my opinion, the graph was much easier than the questions.

Same, although I think the questions were definitely fair. We had to guess on two of them, and forgot to put a URL for the first guess.

Yes, the questions were definitely fair. It just really bothered my partner and I when we couldn't finish. But it seems that no one else did either.

A very well written test. I was kind of hoping for a test with a bunch of NCDC climate data though.

What would be a good guess for the site that is going to be used for compute this this year?

Do you mean next year? If so, probably USGS.gov

Yes! USGS.gov is what I thought might be used. It sounds like it is a three site cycle for compute this...

It does. USGS, then NASA, then NOAA. I've done practice events with all three sites, and I like NOAA the best.
Then again, I'm biased since I do Meteorology.

I like NOAA because there is a bunch of data bases hidden in the site. NASA didn't seem to have any data bases.. But yes I must agree that NOAA is the best site for Compute This!

starshine, you are not biased...im not in meteorology, and i think that NOAA is the most organized, and has the most databases than NASA, which was a totally mess, and i have looked at USGS, but it doesn't seem that neat as NOAA...but then again, opinions are opinions...
