Re: SciOly Assassination 113: Friday the 13th
It appears that Sassy 106 was quite the Hamilton fan. There was at least one reference to the number "Aaron Burr, sir" from what I can find. Panda Weasley was Sassy for that one (which should've been obvious, in retrospect).
Also, to quote gneissisnice:
So, as I've always said, this Sassy loves the theatrical arts! Or the victim...
Unfortunately, gneissisnice's last activity was a month ago. Still, s/he might be active enough to warrant a protect. Or an accusation. Furthermore, we know Panda Weasley's not Sassy, but we could protect him/her. After all, that's two obvious musical references in one clue.
After all:

Ok, this one's kinda easy, but it's been stuck in my head for a while.
So if you care to find me,
Look to the western sky.

I protect Panda Weasley based on the theatrical references, and also because I have no clue who else to protect.

My dearest officers,
You weren't that close this time. I managed to get away with syo_astro this Friday the 13th. I guess I almost felt just a tad bit bad about it, but oh well, what's done has been done. On how I did it, I'll leave to your imagination.
--
It's a fact of life for 8 babies with rhyming names to follow their parents around on the streets named for two-lantern signals and near historical hills within the radius. But I guess my target will be somewhat sarcastically advocative of which service to call to be driven around those streets. It's not a taxi - those can be sketch.
48 hours.
The Kill Clue #13(!) Special:
ID hints? pfft. You’ve actually already gotten several hints. Instead of seeing what they want you to see, you've got to open your brain to the possibilities. Look back, and look closely.

Re: SciOly Assassination 113: Friday the 13th
The eight kids in this case are the ducklings featured in Make Way for Ducklings, a picture book. The ducklings are in Boston, which makes sense about the two-lantern signal (Paul Revere) and historical hill (Bunker/Breed's Hill?) Anyway this is definitely a reference to Boston.
Boston is famous for its duck rides. Therefore, I think birdylayaduck08 would be a candidate here.

I retract that protect. Instead, I protect birdylayaduck08 based on the reasoning above.

I agree with that protect. Also, the "8 babies" may be a double reference to the "8" at the end of birdlayaduck08's username.whythelongface wrote:whoopsUber wrote:I'm already dead.whythelongface wrote:I protect Uber based on the reasoning that Ubers are taxis but also not taxis.
