Yah, that DOES really look like Slenderman, except...he's not wearing a suit, and he looks like he has a little doggie with him too. Another name for Reversi is Othello. (Shakespeare play reference?) Anyway, just as a random fact, Othello is played by Kyon and Koizumi during some SOS Brigade meetings in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Is it pointing to Aubrey? Unlikely, though.
