The Magnetic Train will take you to Johto where, after presumably wandering around a lot and getting a lot of Badges, you will be able to access Mt. Silver. Silver + Night = SilverNight.
Edit: Alternatively, you could go to Victory Road instead, which could point to winneratlife.
