Period and Frequency are inversely proportional. One would period by 1/frequency, and one would find frequency by 1/period.

the only thing I think that makes it difficult is that it's about ALL types not just one kind

Hah... I did spend a good time of studying.... like A LOT. But we came stone last at state on this event last year (I wasn't on it). But I did my studying and we came 2nd
