I've been trying a lot of number ciphers, but none of them have been working, so I eventually stopped, because I was on the verge of screaming and destroying my computer. On the other hand, notice that the sassy said that the word today was important, so I've been trying to use that as a key or something for the ciphers. It didn't really work, but I got an idea.

I went back to his post, and copied the entire first line that said, "To solve the next clue, you will have to look back from today:" and then he/she posted "24010." I'm just wildly guessing and doing random stuff that I don't think helps very much, but counting back from the space between from and today, I got either ONS or MEO. It might need some cipher or something, or maybe it has no importance at all, but do with it what you will. (By the way, I counted spaces. I might try again without spaces if I have time. And the I split up 24010 into 2/40/10.)

EDIT: Maybe it's a join date...? I tried to rearrange it into possible dates, but I realized that there aren't many possible dates to make out of it. So far, I've got 4/2010, which is April 2010.

EDIT 2: Been searching members who joined before the 4th of April 2010 by post count (stopped when I got to about 100 post count) and I got quizbowl, but it would sort of be stretching the clue a bit, since I think he joined, like April 10, 2010. The numbers are 24010. So....? Like I said, I don't think I'm right; just putting this info out for anyone who still cares.

OMG this clue is too hard. And since EFO is the only one with the accusation and he hasn't been on for like 5 days, I suggest giving up. We're just wasting time.

You never give up. If you keep working at it, you may somehow come up with the answer to the clue.

Incidentally, I don't think it has anything to do with Roanoke.

Yes, but even if we do find out, who's protecting?

No, I don't think it does either. And plus, didn't the sassy say we were really far away from the answer?

Incidentally, Zyzzyva is right. Oh and for you whining about not having any accusations, I'll make you officers a special offer after this clue... Just wait and see...
EDIT: I will replace EFO if i get a 3 officer majority vote to do so.
