^ same.

It was all rodents and retiles, which lovely tied into A+R for my sake.

I never had questions on the biomes on any test that I took at competitions. Did this happen to anyone else?

I really dislike grasslands. They are really boring.

It seems like most events this year focus way more on deserts (especially adaptations of different organisms to deserts- water retention, heat management, etc) than on grasslands.

Two out of the three tests I took this year had a lot of grasslands stuff. Like asking about scientific names and where certain species of grass grow. It was awful.

The only grasslands question I got on even a practice test was how long the roots would be for some prairie grass

i think all the tests this year that i took were at least half deserts and grasslands, though more about deserts than grasslands

I do not understand the inclusion of taiga next year. Boreal forests were considered part of forests for the two previous years, so I don't understand why they're going back to it instead of skipping forward to tundra.

My regional test did a great job of covering grasslands, however there was next to nothing on grasslands on the state test. I'd expect nationals to cover both grasslands and deserts pretty evenly.
