I protect myself because I've made that statement in this very topic. 'As they say', well, I am 'they'.

EDIT: And if anyone buys into my egocentrism, there are two more protections that may be worth making: forever and Littleboy, both to whom I said that in the last two topics. The clue could be talking about them as opposed to me. I dunno. I'd try to find another explanation first, but falling back on these isn't a bad idea.
