Those are all the capitals of those countries, so I believe it just refers to using the capital letters, which does spell TCS.

Do pika and TCS seem like likely Shadow Legion members? Those were both rather easy clues, and everything seems to point to TCS. Anyone thinking about accusations besides me?

Just spitballing here but that reddit page is a meme based on the atomic bombs dropped on Japan (previously mentioned before in this game). Likely IMO that the sassy found the post and used it to allude to the bombs knowing that Google would probably be our first resort.

ABS is a common plastic, often used in 3d printing, but its also what Legos are made out of. I don't see any connections right of the top off my head, but there's that.

I'm going to accuse in a day or two if no one opposes it with a good reason.

I accuse TCS of being in the Shadow Legion because practically every clue points to him in some way, and because the last clue was an easy clue that targeted him so that we would solve it easily and prevent his death.
