Thanks! It does seem clear in the paperwork.

Another question-- this is our first time going. Do teams go out to dinner after States? Eat on the bus? I'm wondering if I should try to arrange a reservation for lots of people or if there are even places nearby that could do this? Any ideas?

That usually depends on the team and how far away they are from Juniata. Our team would stop on the way home at a fast food place or something (they can usually handle groups) since it takes 3 and a half hours to get back to our school. Unless you're planning on going to a sit-down restaurant, then I don't think you need a reservation. If you do plan on going to one of those, however, you might need to check in beforehand, just in case.

Good luck at states! The first time is always very exciting. :D

Central regions just finished. Allen is moving on along with Spring Grove, Hershey, and I think East York. I know for sure the first 3, but not about York.

Yep, B was (if I remember correctly):
4. Eastern York
3. Spring Grove
2. Hershey
1. Allen

As for C:
6. Cedar Cliff?
5. Cumberland Valley?
4. State College (surprised that we beat them; they seemed like they had more medals)
3. Hershey (yay us)
2. Central York (did not see this one coming - they really made a jump from last year)
1. Spring Grove (no surprise there)

Also, I met EAST (again), since he was helping out at Regionals, and he was pretty cool :)

Yep, Cedar Cliff is #6 and moving on. It was a great day for West Shore School District! I'm interested to see how Red Land finished, overall. I was surprised they didn't metal more than they did. They have a very solid group of kids.

Who's excited for states?!? I like the colors for the t-shirts better than last year. (do you guys agree?)

I was actually a fan of last year's shirt, since I like green shirts but I don't seem to own a lot of them. It gets worn fairly often, haha. However, I also like this year's design as well, since it reminds me of the 2008 (my 8th grade) shirt, which had a very similar color scheme.

I have a bright neon yellow SO team shirt, I could be the meeting person, but I don't know if you guys want me taking charge of this. I will have a tag on, as always. I also like the idea of 3:15, though the gym is generally extremely crouded at this time.

IM gym is the small one where they ran robot last year so it shouldn't be too crowded. Anyone can be the meeting point, though neon yellow shirt would help.
