They bolded AA (a division breakup in Illinois). Two might be implying twice, so I protect Torchic under the reasoning that he is from Illinois, and he could be being targeted twice.

I think TCS might be the sassy again. Maybe Torchic is the sassy? Maybe both? I sense a correlation to Illinois though.
