The Dancing Men cipher was used as part of the Codebusters event (it isn't one of the ciphers tested this year, but was in 2017 and 2016). EDIT: Anyone know what invitationals Codebusters will be held at? I know Princeton and MIT will have it this year. It could also be someone who does Game On...
