Also what's the current general feeling about Baker? They've been pretty impressive at invitationals, do they have a chance at defeating Lakeshore? Or do they tend to do well at invites and then fall just short?
Is Baker even doing any better than in previous years? They were 4th the last two years at state right?

I was on Troy Black at Eastside; Troy White should have gotten first except a build member was a no-show.

There's the 2nd at Cobra, 3 points behind Meads Mill (granted, it probably wasn't a full-strength Meads team, but Baker had 3 teams in the top 8 or so). They got 4th at Westlake, losing only to Solon, Meads Mill, and Tower Heights and beating Mentor Ridge, and they just got 8th at Wright State in front of Magsig. They've been relatively successful at the state level recently, but I feel like they're making more noise at invitationals this year (or I just wasn't paying attention to past years' invites)

There will be 9 of the top 20 from last years state tournament, including 1,2 and 3, so it should be very competitive.

Wow... We were 21st in the state last year lol. This should give us a good idea of where we fall among the top teams. I guess we will see the turnout on Saturday. Thanks for the feed back.

Cant wait for Frankenmuth this weekend. Our school has two teams, and event scores will determine our final varsity team. Yeah, it doesn't sound right, but I am competing with my other school team as much as any other team there.
