It will read negative because the Benedict's test tests for a reducing sugar and sucrose is not a reducing sugar.

HDLs are High Density Lipoproteins and LDLs are Low Density Lipoproteins
HDLs are healthy and help the body, while LDLs can increase the chances of blocked arteries
