For potato blight under fungal diseases, does this mean late potato blight or early potato blight? The former is more well-known while the latter is more commonly found in America.

I believe there is no specific source for finding the cause of diseases,so, I just individually researched them
If you are trying to find the list of diseases they want you to study they have the list on the science olympiad website under microbe mission

I liked the CDC website, which gives you basics on transmission, symptoms, and cause, but is more unreliable for treatment and incubation, so you may have to look somewhere else for those.

In the '16-'17 Microbial Diseases List, they states that "Chlamydiasis" would be one of the bacterial diseases. But, I believe that they are referring to "Chlamydia". Did they misspell the disease name, or was "Chlamydiasis" the former spelling of this disease?

Chlamydiasis, a disease that affects a wide range of bird species, is actually a different disease than Chlamydia, which is a sexually transmitted disease in humans. I believe that they meant Chlamydiasis, the bird disease, but knowing some information on Chlamydia as well wouldn't hurt.

Note that the national disease list was updated last month to include the term chlamydia, indicating that the intention is most likely for the human disease.
