Re: Pennsylvania 2015
Thanks guys! I'm part of the Springhouse team... We placed 5th at Solon...and received medals in Anatomy, Bio-Process Lab, Elastic Launched Glider and Robo-Cross. We got ribbons in several events as well.Milankovitch1 wrote:What high school (Div C team) are they associated with?GoldenKnight1 wrote:And the same weekend placing 8th at the Rustin Invitational. As for our high school, it's Parkland High School...Our Parkland team is run very differently compared to Springhouse, and it's more laid back, so they don't run as vigorously.

Re: Pennsylvania 2015
Parkland has been improving in recent years, though. They've made it to states pretty regularly, and since it's a pretty large school, plus the emergence of Springhouse, I'd expect them to continue to improve in the future.

Does anyone know what the States schedule will be this year?

Re: Pennsylvania 2015
This is usually not released until the first PA regional tournament is run so as to be fair to all teams otherwise the first regional teams would get an advantage. It also has not been released sooner so that teams focus on Regionals instead of planning ahead for States that they might not make. This year the date should be March 4th.jcreeps27 wrote:Does anyone know what the States schedule will be this year?

Re: Pennsylvania 2015
Shadyside's div B team (my former team) may not be as great this year mostly due to the effects graduation had on them. Don't count them out yet though.
Also watch out for Shadyside's Div C team to make a far greater impact on states this year.

Speaking of which, does anyone have states predictions for both divisions yet?Sciolapedia wrote:Shadyside's div B team (my former team) may not be as great this year mostly due to the effects graduation had on them. Don't count them out yet though.

Re: Pennsylvania 2015
I am waiting until after the Tiger Invitational before doing my predictions for regionals. Then, once the regionals all finish, I'll probably move on to states.

Re: Pennsylvania 2015
I wish they would switch the state's schedule up. Every year, they keep the same schedule by replacing the ousted events of the previous year with the corresponding newer events.
Unfortunately, that means that write it do it and anatomy conflict. Do you guys think they will ever switch up the schedule? If they don't, then I will have 2 conflicts
