Yes this was our first invitational of this year. Last year, at the Aviation Invitational in Washington, Elastic Launched Glider wasn't run (what irony) because the school gym wasn't available. Maybe renting school gyms for weekend use has additional costs or gyms are booked full with sporting events. After seeing Chris_L's post, I think it's better that the event isn't run in an unideal location.
