I dont really think that's needed. I mean it doesnt do much help. If they want to put what team they coach then they could put it in their sig if they wanted.

This option is an excellent addition. It will hopefully clear up a lot of confusion, or maybe not depending on if people use it.

Adding a sup/judge/director/volunteer option could be useful if only admins could assign it. But it would be a lot of work trying to verify a person's creds. People like JimY, rjm, JeRRy, etc don't need this option because their posts and reputation on the boards is sufficient already.
