Never argue with an idiot, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Great job everyone at the Mesa Robles invitational guys!
I wrote, proctored and graded both the dynamic planet and water quality test. What did you guys think of them?

Re: Southern California 2014
It was pretty hard for my partner and I. Why were there so many free response questions? We haven't gotten the tests back yet, but I'm pretty sure we flunked that part.PacificGoldenPlover wrote:Great job everyone at the Mesa Robles invitational guys!

Re: Southern California 2014
It takes too long to write multiple choice test. Don't worry, everyone flunked that section.
On the entire test, I believe a grand total of two got above 50%.

I don't understand what the on the Socal Scioly website are.
Air Rocket Trajectory, Roller Coaster, Hydrogeology, Green Generation
Sine functions are quite odd, to be honest.

These are trial events which teams can compete in and receive medals but do not count toward the team total score which is used to determine who advances to the National Tournament.

Re: Southern California 2014
Hey Guys! I'm from Riverside STEM Academy; this is our second year in state Science Olympiad. I'm doing anatomy, disease detectives, and road scholars. Usually what do they ask in anatomy and disease detectives? Last year, I remember they asked used to label a bunch of diagrams in anatomy, but do they always do that?
