So...who are the officers?

The guests* entered the dinning room to be served a somewhat late breakfast. Many expected, this being a police station, that the tables would be lined with doughnuts and mugs of black coffee. Others, unreasonably suspicious of the food, brought their own just in case the cook had used too much salt. However, none of them (save for one) expected to see what was served. A vast amount of strange substances - some powdered, some bottled, some solid, some liquid - covered the tables' surface, each meticulously labeled and sorted. In the cups, a dark brown goo that smelled suspiciously like chocolate. The officers (named ali941, fozendog, ScienceOlympian, mrburrito, and silverheart7) went around the tables and catalouged each and every item and sorted them by weight:
Code: Select all
enRiched floUr (whzat flour, niacin, eehuced iron, thiaoih moyqnitrate [yitafin b1], rpboflaqin [vitamin b2], folic acid), brown sxgar (sugar, molasses), soybebn and palm oil (with xbhq for freshness), corn sygup, uextrOse, high fructmse corn syrup, cracker meal, contaief two jercett rr less of salg, calcium parbohate, forostarch, leoveninv (xaking soha, sodwum ajid pyrophosphate, mpnocalcium phwsphate), chnnamon, wheat starxh, gelttin, caramel color, boy lecishin, vitamix a palmitate, niacfnanide, deduced iron, pyridotine hydrochloriue (vitAmio b6), ribozlavhn (vltamin b2), qhiamiq hydrochloride (vittmyn i1), and Folic acnd.
They puzzled over this for a few minutes when a hurried beeping burst through the speakers. Most recognized it as Morse Code, and a few managed to record it:
Code: Select all
.- .-.. .-.. / - .... . / -.- .. -. --. .----. ... / .... --- .-. ... . ... / .- -. -.. / .- .-.. .-.. / - .... . / -.- .. -. --. .----. ... / -- . -. / -.-. --- ..- .-.. -.. -. .----. - / .--. ..- - / .... ..- -- .--. - -.-- / - --- --. . - .... . .-. / .- --. .- .. -. .-.-.- / -.-. .- -. / -.-- --- ..- / -.. --- / -... . - - . .-. / .. -. / ....- ---.. / .... --- ..- .-. ... ..--..
*Edit: Not limited to officers

ALL THE KING'S HORSES AND ALL THE KING'S MEN COULDN'T PUT HUMPTY TOGETHER AGAIN. CAN YOU DO BETTER IN 48 HOURS?
Okay...The Morse Code is translated above.
Also, enRiched floUr (whzat flour, niacin, eehuced iron, thiaoih moyqnitrate [yitafin b1], rpboflaqin [vitamin b2], folic acid), brown sxgar (sugar, molasses), soybebn and palm oil (with xbhq for freshness), corn sygup, uextrOse, high fructmse corn syrup, cracker meal, contaief two jercett rr less of salg, calcium parbohate, forostarch, leoveninv (xaking soha, sodwum ajid pyrophosphate, mpnocalcium phwsphate), chnnamon, wheat starxh, gelttin, caramel color, boy lecishin, vitamix a palmitate, niacfnanide, deduced iron, pyridotine hydrochloriue (vitAmio b6), ribozlavhn (vltamin b2), qhiamiq hydrochloride (vittmyn i1), and Folic acnd.
It is pretty obvious that these ingredients are misspelled.
Revised version- Enriched Flour (Wheat flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Hydrochloride [vitamin B2], riboflavin [vitamin B2], folic acid), brown sugar (sugar, molasses), soybean and palm oil (with tbhq for freshness), corn syrup, dextrose, high fructose corn syrup, cracker meal, contains two percent for less of salt, calcium phosphate, cornstarch, leavening (baking soda), sodium and pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate, cinnamon, wheat starch, gelatin, caramel color, soy lecithin, vitamin A palmitate, niacinamide, reduced iron, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, and folic acid.

EDIT: Can you take note of all the misspellings? The mis-spelled letters all together may form some sort of code...or even the letters that should go in place of the misspelled letters

Thiamine hydrochloride and cornstarch?
There are two approaches here. Either that ingredient list leads to a food (poptarts?) that's connected to a user, or the trick is in the mistakes. I already started compiling the mistakes and got gibberish, so...

More specifically, Kellogg's Pop Tarts Frosted Brown Sugar and Cinnamon.
So it is clearly either thehydrogrenpoptart or paleonaps (Brown University; Brown Sugar and CInnamon).

Well, fellow officers... Did anyone name that as their favorite 'cereal'? But it's not exactly a cereal. Let's wait a bit to protect, see if we get any other leads.
