idk about the california thing but...

I was told like two days ago that I was doing this event!! AH!!!!
I don't have the time to learn everything but does anyone have any suggestions as to what's the most important stuff to learn.

HELP!!! Yesterday i was told that i am going to be in anatomy, and there are only 6 weeks left until our first compition, and i know nothing. I need some tips on what i should study!! What things should i focous on since i only have a little amount of time..Well anyone please post, thanks!! :)

do you people even look at the national science olympiad site? :|
the second link (2009 training handout) has a ton of important basic information to start with, then wikipedia is useful, like Flavorflav said
libraries tend to be useful as well :roll:

studying: take a bunch of notes, print stuff out, etcetera. this goes for all study events. even though you can't bring stuff to the actual competition, you can study before the event and whatnot

Surface anatomy of bones refers to the various important eminences, fossae etc. - that is, the major bumps and depressions seen on the surface of bones. I don't know exactly what they will test you on, but I would learn at least the trochanters, the most important processes (e.g. angular), and some of the most important holes - foramen magnum, acetabulum etc.
