I'm running out of ideas, and seeing that there is no reward for correctly protecting I protect myself, because upon searching Jump and Grunt, the first result was a song by Eddie Vinson, a jazz player; he also wrote a song about cows; and albums could mean music. Eddie Vinson is from Houston and that's sorta where I live, so that's my reasoning

This is an  odd sentence as you realized and some of you started along the right thread but never made it. This sentence has all capital letters so you should have taken those and gotten:HCJAGFA . This should have made you think of codes and you would have been right. This is a simple code of switching letters to numbers and stopping there. Once you have done that you get 7290650 which if you had gotten that you should have thought of IP addresses which would have been separated into 72.90.65.0 which in turn points to Fayettville and from  that there are only two options.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't think of IP addresses when I see a 7 digit number. Also, ip address vary from 4-12 digits. Also you never specified if this was a clue. We were scrambling to find out what any of it was. And how does Fayettville point to Randomperson?
